Absolutely love this cookbook. I just received it and have already made a couple of recipes from it. I remember going to Margaritaville and having a side dish called Island Rice Pilaf and Fajita Black Beans and remembering how good they were. The recipes for both are in the book and they didn't disappoint.There are lots of other dishes that I foresee making as well. There are some that I may never make, but hey, who ever makes every recipe in a cookbook? I can say that I will definitely use more recipes from this book than from others I have used in the past. Looking forward to using this book for a long, long time.
What a great cookbook! M some great takes on old favorites and some challenging new dishes to try. I can’t wait to make everyone of the dishes in here!
This cookbook is fantastic!!! I love how there is a photo to go with just about every recipe. I hate not knowing what the end result should look like and see if I have succeeded. This book has everything from French toast to ceviche to meat loaf sandwiches and everything in between. This would make a great gift for anyone!
After dinner last night the whole family sat around the table drooling over the recipes and photos in this book. We plan to start at the beginning and eat our way all the way to the last recipe one meal at a time. What an adventure! The S'mores Nachos look and sound incredible. Great job. if you love food and like to cook, I recommend that you buy this book. If you don't then buy it for someone you know who does then enjoy it together!
Great book for the laid back fun loving people who don't take life so seriously. fun read and pretty amazing recipes. so many modern dishes. can't wait to try them all.

My spouse is a huge Jimmy Buffett fan. We almost purchased this cookbook on a recent trip to Margaritaville, but for some reason decided not to purchase. While browsing Amazon one day, I looked this up, and made an impulse buy. It is probably one of the best gifts I've ever purchased!We've cooked 2 meals so far, and they were spot on!Jimmy's Jammin' Jambalaya is fantastic! If you are a fan of Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville, or just margaritas in general, then this is a must purchase!
This is a great addition to my cookbook collection. When my wife first came to my house she couldn't believe that a guy had so many cookbooks. Truth is I love to cook and eat. This one has some really outstanding recipes and we have been enjoying them. If you are familiar with Jimmy Buffett's music and restaurants this is a must have.
