Putting my mind at ease considering the matters of cooking at home is not an easy thing to do. I’ve been going through certain troubles, making edible meals for my kids and family. Some of them are picky, some suffer from food allergies, and every single one has to be pleased about the food he is about to eat. This cookbook managed to take that stress away. Recipes are easily adaptable, and whenever I need extra ideas I refer to them and spice up my weekly menu. This is a highly recommended cookbook among the friends of mine, interested in Paleo cooking.

Can’t wait to get started with this cookbook! It has something for everyone, apart from being well-managed and having doable recipes. I’m not a home cook at all, and it’s been relatively hard for me to produce at least something edible without messing up a whole kitchen and spending from three to five hours in the kitchen. This book saves not only time but money too – ingredients are usually the ones you already have in your kitchen, and it’s very easy to pick the ones you’re missing IF you’re missing them, which is a rare thing for this cookbook. I’ve tried and liked these recipes so far: Glazed Salmon, Braised Cabbage, Asparagus Soup.

To change regular flour for coconut, almond, tapioca flour, getting rid of sugars and syrups and that awful sunflower and palm oils means going pro-health and pro-Paleo. This diet has been recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I'm glad I finally decided to try this diet out. A recipe book by Timeo Henry is the one you're going to use daily as soon as you get used to author's style. So far I loved the most the following recipes: stuffed apples, strawberry cobbler, salmon tartar, grilled salmon and peaches, lamb with eggplant puree. Recipes are easy to follow, and they are nothing like the paleo you're probably used to at this time.

Zucchini and cucumber salad is one of my favorites so far. Although this is much more of a summer dish, we make it every time my brother comes along. At first, this book and its ideas sounded like too much work for my busy schedule, and then I realized how easy Paleo cooking can be. Everything you need to know about slow cooking is represented in this cookbook, including nutritional info applied to every recipe, and a little bit extra confidence any home cook might need.

This cookbook like many other books is broken down into chapters which makes it easy to navigate. Breakfast recipes, soups, and stews, side dishes, snacks and appetizers, meat recipes, seafood and fish idea, veggie solutions, salads, and desserts – I simply can't get enough of them! My kids love their school snacks and I can be sure that they eat really healthy foods that are not only likable but also good for them.

Book by Timeo Henry is a wonderful explanation of the Paleo diet and all the foods this diet is about. The benefits of eating this way are countless starting from weight loss, solving of inflammation issues, making your immune and digestive systems stronger. This stone-age diet is suitable for people of all ages since it is supposed to use a variety of healthy basic foods like veggies, fruits, grains, fish and meat. I’m delighted to have this manual in my hands, and I will surely order more from this author as soon as I get through this cookbook.

The benefit of following Paleo is simple and obvious – it provides for your body (which is the most important thing), it provides for your taste buds (which is a second most important thing). These days no one can be sure in the quality of the products he’s usually purchasing, and Paleo diet is able to help you keep that balance, choosing the foods that are surely good for you, and cooking the meals that are not only wholesome but mouth-watering too! If you get this book, try Banana porridge and Bell pepper sandwich, they are delicious.

To make these recipes gluten-free and worry-free you'll have to make a little bit of personal effort but it's absolutely worth it in the end. This book has hit a certain number of mandatory points for me which are: simplicity, affordability, mouth-watering flavors. The best part of it is that you can beat any cooking rank from chef to a newbie and still enjoy the Paleo cooking experience.
